Here are some of the best natural remedies to cure a hangover.

Coconut Water

When you’re hungover, you’re probably dehydrated, but it’s not enough to just drink water. A lot of the time your body will need to replenish its store of electrolytes as well. Coconut water is a great source of both hydration and electrolytes.

Have a Smoothie

Having a nutrient packed smoothie before and after drinking can actually help you have a less severe hangover. You want to pack it full of antioxidants like blueberries, dark chocolate, almonds, and spinach. Throw in some banana for potassium and blendwith almond milk! Relaxing in an Epsom salt bath can be soothing to sore muscles caused from a hangover, and it will also help you to detox from the alcohol. Draw up a nice hot bath, pour in some Epsom salts, and relax.
