Being sick on vacation can ruin the whole stay and put a damper on the trip for you and your friends and family. Stay healthy on your Vegas vacation by bringing these five items with you.

Vitamin C

This is the ultimate vitamin for preventing sickness. Load up on Vitamin C to boost your immune system before leaving on your trip, but also bring some with you to keep your immunity up while you’re on vacation. It can be found in tablet form, a chewable, or powder to dissolve into your water.

Hand sanitizer

This one is pretty obvious. With all the people in Vegas, you might encounter someone who’s sick or touch a surface that might not be so clean. Make sure you’re not spreading the germs to yourself by frequently using hand sanitizer and killing any bacteria that might have been transmitted.
